Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher):
- Graduate in the concerned subject with minimum:
- 50% marks (UR/OBC/EWS)
- 45% marks (SC/ST/PwD)
- B.Ed. degree from NCTE recognized institute or integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. program.
- Should have studied subject at Class 9–12 level in Government-recognized schools.
Special Education Teachers:
- Master’s Degree + B.Ed. (Special Education)
OR - B.Ed. (General) + 1/2 Year Diploma in Special Education
OR - PG Diploma in Mental Retardation / Multiple Disabilities / Locomotor Impairment
OR - Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf
OR - Secondary Level Teacher Training in Visual Impairment
- Must be registered with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India)
Category-wise Reservation Rules
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH candidates must upload valid certificates in prescribed formats only.
- 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.
- EWS and OBC candidates must upload Income & Asset Certificates issued after 25.02.2019.
- Certificates older than 5 years, or not in prescribed formats (Appendix I to IX) will be rejected.
- Reservation in PWD category is only valid for 40% or more certified disability.

Special Note for Certificate Verification
- Local Resident Certificate (Appendix VIII/IX) and Caste Certificate (Appendix I/II/III) are mandatory for availing reservation.
- Uploading incorrect format will invalidate the claim, and candidate will be treated as UR.
- Spelling errors in name/father’s name/date of birth must match matriculation certificate, else application will be rejected.

Provisions for Persons with Disability (PwD)
