Monthly Pension for Sickle Cell Anemia Patients
- Under the Swami Vivekananda Nishakt Swawlamban Protsahan Yojana, patients with ≥40% disability due to sickle cell anemia are granted a monthly pension of ₹1,000 in Khunti district.

Tigress Relocation Plan in Palamu Tiger Reserve
- Plans to introduce tigresses and a tiger to support breeding efforts in PTR.

- Over 350 animals (cheetals, sambhars, etc.) to be transferred for prey base.
- PTR spans over 1,230 sq km, declared a tiger reserve in 1973.
